Dr. Ganesh Vinayahan
Dr. Ganeshamoorthy Vinayahan works at our clinic in Preston as a Dentist. He studied for his BDS at University College London, and has since earned an MSc as well as earning a Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery. He is a member of the Faculty of the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland and is a qualified oral surgeon.
Dr. Vinayahan is one of the best people to see if you’re feeling nervous about your dental treatment. Not only does he offer conscious sedation, allowing patients to relax through their treatment whilst remaining conscious, he also believes in the power of conversation and understanding – using a kind and soft manner of speech to make patients know that their feelings are normal, and there is nothing to worry about.
He is also a master of meditation. He spends his spare time providing free teaching to guide people in how to improve their lives and empower themselves through meditation and mindfulness. If you’re really worried about your trip to the dentist, ask Dr. Vinayahan if he can recommend some meditation tips to help you clear your head.
After work, you can find Ganeshamoorthy playing badminton, when he’s not busy being a personal taxi service for his daughter!
Ganeshamoorthy has always wanted to help others. If he hadn’t become a dentist for Synergy, he would’ve wanted to provide care whilst working in a hospital. His dream is to spend his retirement in the service of caring for underprivileged children.
He is a knowledgeable and disciplined person, but balances out his serious side with a friendly attitude and a good sense of humour.
