Clinical Development Programme

At Synergy, we endeavour to promote high quality structured training for all staff and associates. We therefore, have implemented a structured training programme to allow our existing and new team members to advance their knowledge and skills. The aim of this training is to encourage dental staff and associates to further their competency and allow them to deliver the best quality of care for patients. It will also encourage new associates and staff to join the team as all the training costs will be incurred by Synergy Dental. The training is designed to offer training pathways for individuals who wish to specialise in certain fields.

The Training programme comprises of a number of modules which are mainly coordinated by our Clinical Training Team. Most of the clinical modules comprises of both theory and clinical hands-on mentoring by our network of clinical trainers which includes Specialist Prosthodontists and Consultants in Restorative Dentistry.
