TWO Bolton dental practices have been given a top award for patient service excellence by healthcare search engine WhatClinic.
Twelve months of data from users of Synergy Dental Clinic practices in Blackburn Road, Halliwell, and Higher Swan Lane, Great Lever, were considered. Patient review scores, feedback data and clinic contact rates were all looked at by the Contact: email@example.com Tel 01204 537 270 comparison site which in 2017 had more than 15 million visitors finding and comparing clinics.
The two clinics – plus the Synergy Dental Clinic in Tenterden Street, Bury – were included in the less than two per cent of clinics on the site which qualified for the award’s exacting standards. They needed a consistently high ServiceScore rating; this measures the clinic’s commitment to customer service over a whole year.
