A Blackpool dentist has been nominated for national awards.
Dr Zuber Bagasi, 30, is up for the Dentistry A wards’ best North West Practice 2012 and has been short-listed for the region’s Best Young Dentist.
His practice was nominated for the award last year.
He said he discovered early on the importance of working alongside the local community, patients, local dentists, other health professionals and the Primary Care Trust to create the right synergy – and took the surgery name from that.
He then opened Synergy Dental Clinic in Central Drive, Blackpool.
He said it is important to have an ongoing interest in the latest dental technology and has developed bespoke IT software for individual patient assessment and auto-generated preventative treatment plans.
He said: “I am passionate about making good dental care available to everyone. I’m looking forward to meeting many new patients at the my flagship practice in Blackpool. Blackpool has a long history of caring about its patients and we want to expand on this with the latest in treatments and health advice. We know that many people are proactive when it comes to having healthy teeth and gums and we want to help them achieve this.”
