Dr. Mo Patel
Dr. Mohammed Patel takes a patient-centric approach to dental care. His journey in dentistry began at the University of Sheffield, where he pursued his BDS degree from 2013 to 2018.
Since stepping into the professional arena in 2018, Dr. Patel has seen diverse cases, ranging from routine procedures to complex treatment plans. He takes a holistic approach to dental care, emphasising oral hygiene education and preventive care as the cornerstone of every patient’s treatment. He has furthered his knowledge through courses on dental photography and Invisalign, and holds a postgraduate qualification in implant dentistry.
Dr. Patel covers almost every area of dentistry, but he especially enjoys creating full-smile makeovers for his patients. Seeing the amazement and joy on a patient’s face when they get the smile of their dreams is what makes it all worthwhile.
Beyond his professional work, Mo finds joy in giving back to the community through volunteering initiatives. As well as mentoring young people, he has also travelled to provide dental care in underserved regions like Cambodia.
Outside the realm of dentistry, Dr. Patel likes playing rugby and football – we’ll forgive him for supporting Arsenal! In winter months, he likes to escape to the slopes for skiing.
He’s also fluent in 3 languages: English, Gujarati and Urdu.
Mo’s life philosophy is, “Work to become, not to acquire,” and he believes in focussing on personal development, investing in his skillset to improve the quality of his work for his patients.
