Synergy Dental Group is a multi-award winning chain of Dental Practices currently looking for an exceptional Nurse who would like to be part of our successful and growing team.

Ensuring a smooth patient experience by working within our dental nursing team including but not limited to the following;

  • Chairside assistance
  • General dentistry
  • Cosmetic dental procedures including – dental implants, orthodontics & teeth whitening
  • Following HTM0105 guidelines
  • Acquiring patient reviews
  • Working alongside the reception team by communicating clearly and effectively
  • Adhering to all practice policies

Experience/skills required:

  • Previous dental nursing experience is a must
  • GDC registration
  • Understanding of NHS dentistry
  • IT proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to work under pressure

Clinical Development Programme

At Synergy, we endeavour to promote high-quality structured training for all staff and associates. We, therefore, have implemented a structured training programme to allow our existing and new team members to advance their knowledge and skills. The aim of this training is to encourage dental staff and associates to further their competency and allow them to deliver the best quality of care for patients. It will also encourage new associates and staff to join the team as all the training costs will be incurred by Synergy Dental. The training is designed to offer training pathways for individuals who wish to specialise in certain fields.

The Training programme comprises of a number of modules which are mainly coordinated by our Clinical Training Team. Most of the clinical modules comprise of both theory and clinical hands-on mentoring by our network of clinical trainers which includes Specialist Prosthodontists and Consultants in Restorative Dentistry.
